The Speedo Tech hand paddles have been engineered to promote optimum hand postition when in the water and to improve your stroke. The paddle is made out of plastic and the straps are made from latex. The adjustable straps allow you to have the most comfortable fit possible by being able to pull as tight of as loose as you feel necessory and the paddle has a contoured design to fit your palm perfectly. They come in 3 sizes including small, medium and large. The Speedo Tech hand paddles have been designed to create more resistance in the water when worn by creating a wider surface space to to improve technique and build upper body strength. They also put your hands in the correct position when swimming which will allow you to get a smoother stroke.
