The Mares Air Control Inflator combines a BCD inflator and alternate air source into one compact unit, helping streamline your dive setup by reducing the need for a separate octopus hose.
Its pre-oriented mouthpiece allows it to be quickly used as an alternate second stage in an out-of-air situation, while the ergonomic shape is designed for simple one-handed operation. The large purge button is easy to activate even when wearing thick gloves, making the Air Control practical across a range of diving conditions.
Mares’ Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) helps provide smooth and responsive breathing, while the patented Mesh Grid cover reduces the effect of water flow on the second-stage diaphragm to help minimise unwanted free-flow in strong currents. A lightweight Superflex hose provides flexibility and freedom of movement.
