The Mares Equator 2mm Neoprene Boot is a comfortable option when looking for a reef walker or water shoe in general. This particular water boot is made from a 2mm neoprene that sits over the top of your fot and around your ankle with a rubber sole. The 2mm neoprene is enough to give protection when walking in water from cuts and grazes and the rubber sole has alot of grip to keep you from slipping over. Due to the fact that this boot does not laces, clips or toggles it is super be easy to put on and take off.

Being extremely light weight and drying quickly it is perfect for travelling. This particular boot is not designed to go in to a diving fin as the back doe not come up high enough around your ankle, there fore the fin strap could potentially rub and blister your ankle which is why dive boots go higher up your leg. It is best used alone for walking or swimming in for proctection. There are an endless amount of uses for the Mares Equator boot from snorkelling to gardening, water aerobis to jetskiing.
