Here at Dive Warehouse, we make every effort to ensure that orders are processed on the day they are ordered and dispatched from our store on the next business day.
* Orders will be sent same day if order is placed before 12pm as long as the items are in stock.

As part of our commitment to the environment, your order might not arrive in the most dazzling or visually appealing packaging. Instead, we strive to reuse boxes we receive from our stock, actively minimising the production of excessive plastic waste. Our focus lies in making responsible choices that help preserve our precious oceans and promote a greener future.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
At Dive Warehouse we use the most efficient, fast, safe and reliable forms of freight to ensure that you the customer, have an enjoyable experience when shopping with us. Very small parcels that fit in either an A4 or A3 express post parcel are sent via that means. We have found that this is an extremely fast and reliable service. Larger parcels are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel division, Spearguns and parcels over 1m will be shipped via Aramex (previously Fast Way Couriers). This way small and large parcels can be traced in transit to ensure we create a virtually seamless process between you ordering and us getting your order to you in a very prompt fashion. In the event that your parcel takes longer than anticipated to be delivered please call us on (07) 5531 6511 and we will track your order. Items sent with Aramex to WA will take approximately 7-10 working days.
FREIGHT COSTS
Please note that all orders cost $9.95 (excluding spearguns and items over 1m in length) to any destination in Australia.
Express Post is $19.95 also an option (only available on orders under 5kg including packaging).
All spearguns and items over 1m in length have to be sent via Aramex and will incur an extra $15 charge.
EXPRESS POST
a) Dive Warehouse offers express post freight, conditions apply with this option.
b) Parcels over 5kg in total including packaging can not be sent express post.
c) If your parcel is over 5kg we will send the parcel by normal freight which will take normal land transit times to your destination.
d) We will contact you by email to inform you that your order can not be sent express. If we can not contact you we will proceed with the order but send it by normal freight means and you will not be charged the Express post fee.
e) PLEASE NOTE: Some destinations are not covered by express post and therefor will not get to your destination faster. Here are a list of Post Codes covered by the Express Post Network.
f) Dive Warehouse accepts no liability if your parcel does not get to your destination faster.
CONTACT DETAILS
Please ensure that you regularly maintain accurate contact details including both work and mobile contact numbers so we can easily contact you should a problem arise with your order. At Dive Warehouse we carry a massive amount of stock so typically we have all items in stock virtually at all times.
FREIGHT PROBLEMS
Should you have any concerns about your order or if a delivery has taken longer than anticipated please contact us immediately via our contact us Section of the website and we will track your parcel and keep you as informed as possible on how it is progressing through the freight system.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please remember as most very small parcels go via express post most small orders will be received anywhere in Australia within a few days with very few exceptions. For larger orders most deliveries take 1-3 business days from when we process the order. As we are a Gold Coast based business, most parcels sent to towns between Sydney and Mackay will take only 24 - 48hrs in transit. Areas outside of this area will typically take only 1-4 working days in Queensland, NSW, and Victoria with the exception of country areas which may take slightly longer. Deliveries to the Northern Territory, WA and Tasmania that are large orders and can not be sent express post typically take one working week for delivery as they need to be transported via road.
PLEASE NOTE: We do offer an Express Post option on orders that weight under 5kg. Please see above and in the Terms and Conditions for more details.
