If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned to us for an exchange or an in-store credit voucher, provided they are returned in accordance with the following conditions:

 

  • The product is in re-saleable condition. This means it is unmarked, unworn, unwashed, odour-free, with all labels attached.

  • We receive notification of your return within 45 days of your purchase.

If you decide to return a product, please complete the exchange form and either enclose it with the product for the return journey to us, or email it to info@divewarehouse.com.au with your order number as the subject. If you can not open the Exchange form on our website (below), we can email you one on request.

It is important that you complete all fields on the Exchanges Form so that we can process your request correctly.

We recommend that you select a secure, traceable postage service for the package and ensure that it is clearly addressed to:

Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive your return, the product(s) will be inspected for damage and wear. If there are any signs of damage, wear, swing tags removed and/or not present we may return the product(s) to you OR charge you a damaged goods fee.

Your Exchange Form must specify which product(s) you wish to exchange and a contact number. If exchanging for a product of lesser value than the original item, the difference will be placed onto a credit note for you to use when you are ready. An exchange for a product of greater value will have the outstanding balance charged to your credit card. A standard freight cost will apply to send your exchanged item back to you.
