Suunto Zoop Novo Computer Product Description

The Suunto Zoop Novo Computer is the perfect choice for the sport diver who wants quality at a reasonable price. It is a 4 button easy to use affordable wrist watch style computer that will do your every need as a recreational diver. The large Matrix screen is easy to read with the large digits and it has clear and precise display which is great for those who need to wear glasses yet dont want to pay for a prescription dive mask as well as a backlight that is super bright, perfect for cloudy days or night dives. The display is set out in a basic way so you have all the information that you need when diving right there on the main screen during each dive. The 4 buttons allow for simple navigation of the computer even when you are on the surface as they are easy to access.

There are 3 different modes including Air, Freediving and Nitrox that allows you 1 gas ranging from 21% to 99%. As a recreational diver this particular computer will do everything that you need as when you hit water, it will turn on and tell you all you need to know other than air of course. Temperatures, depths, safety stops or even if you want to check your log book on the surface interval. The accent and decent rates are a popular request when looking for a wrist watch and the pre dive planning mode and decompression dive planner are great features also. It holds up to 50 hours of dives in the log book that you can go back and look through at any time and has the option to transfer your dives over to your computer if you decide to purchase the USB interface.

When wearing the Zoop Novo computer you will can see different time zones, use it as a stop watch, see the date and can set alarms. Available in 3 great colors, you really cant go wrong. The battery will need to be changed by a Austorized Suunto service centre where you can bring it in to us for a pressure test and battery change where we change the o-ring aswell through our service department. Why not grab the Zoop USB cable to transfer your data over to your PC or Mac rather than writing it down in a log book. To do this, the Suunto DM5 software app will need to be downloaded. See below

Care Instruction

  • Make sure you give it a good rinse in fresh water after every use

  • Do not use chemicals to clean
  • Do not leave in the direct sunlight
  • Store in a safe place

Majority of dive sights will now only allow you to dive them if you are using a computer rather than a guage. This is due to the fact that the tables are extremely conservative, so if you were diving on a guage using your tables, you would generally have to surface a fair amount of time earlier than other divers who are using computers. Because of this, company's like everyone to be on the same level and surface all together.
