The 62X first stage is a record-breaking achievement, being the smallest first stage available in the diving market. Measuring only 63 mm and weighing a mere 464 g (DIN), this membrane first stage sets new standards in compactness and weight reduction. It is 10% smaller and lighter than its predecessor, the 52X, while maintaining outstanding performance. With 30% less volume, it offers a streamlined and comfortable diving experience.
Equipped with Auto Sealing Technology (AST), the 62X provides excellent protection against water intrusion, making it an ideal choice for cold water diving. The core of the first stage has been redesigned to enhance its sealing capabilities, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments. Additionally, the optional Twin Balanced Piston (TBP) further enhances its cold-water performance, making it one of the top-performing regulators in low-temperature conditions. The chrome finish with a pearl-effect surface adds a touch of elegance to this remarkable regulator.
The Dual ADJ second stage is constructed from ultra-lightweight technopolymer, offering durability without adding unnecessary weight. It incorporates the exclusive Mares patented Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) system, ensuring smooth and effortless breathing at any depth. The pneumatic assisted design (P.A.D.) enhances the overall breathing performance, making it comfortable in various diving conditions.
One of the notable features of the Dual ADJ 62X is the newly developed adjustable breathing knob. This feature allows divers to customise their breathing experience, even while wearing thick gloves, providing unparalleled comfort and ease of use. Built to exceed performance standards, the Dual ADJ 62X is suitable for dives up to 200m and utilises proven technology for dives up to 400m.
