The Cressi Aquaride and MC9 SC Compact Pro Package is a top quality scuba diving hard ware pack at an amazingly great price. It consists of the Cressi Aquaride BCD, MC9 Compact Pro reg, Compact Occy, Newton wrist computer and a SPG gauge.

The Cressi MC9-SC Compact Pro Regulator is a top performing reg at a super affordable price point. The cressi equipment is made in Italy and they sure do know how to make quality gear that is also good looking. The Compact Pro MC9-SC is an all rounder and can be used in warm and cold waters due to the materials that is made with. The first stage is a balanced diaphragm  with 2 high pressure ports and 4 low pressure ports for all of the other items. The second stage is light weight with an extra large purge button for easy use with a stainless steel cover. There is nothing worse that having a super small purge button that you struggle to use, especially when you are wearing thick chunky gloves.  It has an adjustable venturi system which allows you to control the air flow in to your mouth to give you a comfortable dive that suits you as some divers prefer direct air flow and others like indirect flow. The anti scratch surface of course prevents abrasions for the second stage when diving and the Thermoconductive technopolymer body transfers heat like metal which allows you to be able to dive in cold waters. If you are in the market for some new gear, make sure you check out the Cressi range of hard ware.

The Cressi Compact Octopus is a secondary back up regulator designed as an emergency air source. Whether you or your buddy needs it, it is always there and ready for action and it easily seen by the bright yellow color of the hose and face. All Occys are yellow for that simple reason of being able to spot it in an emergency. Being light weight and super compact, you really can not go wrong with the regulator. Hopefully you will never have to use your back up as it is generally only used in emergencies but it is mandatory to have when scuba diving and with the  Cressi Compact octopus you can be assured that it is good quality and will do the job.

The Cressi Aquaride BCD is top quality buoyance control device that is durable and sturdy for the roughest of divers. It has 8 metal D-ring attachment points where you can connect any accessories to and know that they will be strong enough to hold. Being weight integrated means that you no longer have to use those old uncomfortable webbing weight belts that move around and bruise your hip bones, as now you can place all of your lead weights in tot he pockets and have them tucked away out of the way. To release the weights in an emergency all you need to do is simply tug on the handles of the weight pocket and they will release and fall from you allowing you to head to the surface with ease. There are 2 non dump able weight pockets that are located on the rear of the BCD that you can place a couple of pound in each pocket to even you out a little, however these are not dump able so you only want to put a couple in there keeping the majority at the front. Sitting behind the dump able weight pockets are larger zipper pockets that you can place any accessories in if you do not want to have them hanging off of your D-rings. The Cressi Aquaride BCD is fully adjustable with shoulder straps that you can change and the cummerbund that is also adjustable. It is light weight yet extremely durable and has 3 dump valves. Check out the Cressi Aquaride if you are in the market for a new BCD and want quality.

The Cressi Newton Titanium Wrist Computer is a high end dive watch at an extremely affordable price point. This watch has it all and you will not be disappointed with the many great features as it gives you all the information that you will need. First of all is the fact that it is nitrox compatible which is an important feature for many divers and of course has air and gauge mode. Logging up to 60 dives in its memory means that you can look back if you forget to write them in your log book. With all of the standard needs of depth, times, temperatures, safety stops and deep stop alarms, it also has a calendar, stopwatch, 12/24 hour clock and visual and audible alarms. The over sizes digits give you a better view of what's going on and the back light helps out on those cloudy days or night dives.

The Cressi Newton Titanium Wrist Computer can also have the dive mode deactivated and can be worn as an every day watch due to the low profile design and sleek look. You can use this swimming, snorkelling or to work if you wish. It has all of the standard features of a day watch however it is just more reinforced with a heavy duty case than the average day watch. The rubber strap and stainless steel buckle is comfortable to wear and is also durable. Last but not least is the mineral scratch resistant glass that is used on the face which prevents and nasty scratches.

Majority of dive sights will now only allow you to dive them if you are using a computer rather than a gauge. This is due to the fact that the tables are extremely conservative, so if you were diving on a gauge using your tables, you would generally have to surface a fair amount of time earlier than other divers who are using computers. Because of this, company's like everyone to be on the same level and surface all together.

The Cressi Pressure Air Gauge is a simple yet necessary item that you will need when diving as it lets you know how much air you have in your tank at any given time. A great feature of this particular gauge if the color coded areas which help you easily and instantly know where you are with air. The Blue zone is from 350 bar to 200 bar which tells you that you have plenty of air. Green is 200 bar to 100 bar which tells you that you are starting to get low and finally Red is 100 bar to empty and if you are on red, this means that it is time to get organized and get to the surface as you air is running out. The Cressi pressure gauge has a chrome plated brass casing for durability and then a rubber boot for grip when under the water. There is also a connector loop on the head of the gauge to allow you to clip on a retractor or BCD clip for streamlining.
