Mares Cyrano Line Slide Cord Anchor
The Mares Cyrano Line Slide Cord Anchor is a small durable plastic anchor that the spear sits through to connect the mono (shooting line) to. When a speargun is fired, the spear shoots through the water and stops when the length on mono is at its maximum length. If there was no shooting line then you would constantly be loosing spears. On the Mares pneumatic spearguns, to connect the line to the spear you need a line slide cord anchor. When purchasing a cord anchor check that you have the line slide ring which is placed between the anchor and the end of the spear, this stops the anchor from coming off the spear end.
