Returns

 

Products may be returned to us for an exchange or a store credit voucher if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, provided that it is returned in accordance with the following conditions:

 

  • The product is in perfect condition. This means it is unmarked, unworn, unwashed, odour-free, with all labels attached.
  • We receive your return within 7 days of us having dispatched your order.

 

We know it can be tough to be decision to choose sizes or swimwear online but it’s important to decide and return a product that’s not quite right for you as soon as possible to help us avoid losing the opportunity to make a future sale, which is important for us to keep running our business. When you receive your order ensure that you are wearing underwear when you first try on the item and that the product does not come into contact with any hair products, make up or nail polish. Remove any jewelry including earrings, rings or necklaces that may catch and snag the fabric of the product.

 

All returns and exchanges are to be notified and agreed by management, you can contact us on  (07) 55316511. We do not exchange end of line items or heavily reduced items. 

 

As soon as you receive your order we suggest you determine whether you are happy with your purchase and if you aren’t, follow these steps below.

 

If you decide to return a product, please complete the exchange form and enclose it with the product in secure packaging for the return journey to us. If you can not open the Exchange form on our website, we can email you one on request. We recommend that you select a secure, traceable postage service for the package and ensure that it is clearly addressed to:

It is important that you complete all fields on the Exchanges Form so that we can process your request correctly.

 

Processing Your Exchange

 

When we receive your return, all products are inspected thoroughly for damage and wear to ensure we only sell products to our future customers in perfect condition. If there are any signs of damage, wear, swing tags removed and/or not present we may return the product(s) to you OR charge you a damaged goods fee of up to $20.00 per item.

 

Your completed Exchanges Form must specify which products you wish to exchange and a phone number that we can contact you on during business hours. An exchange for a product of lesser value will be put on to a credit note lasting up to 12months for you to use when you are ready. An exchange for a product of greater value will have the difference charged to your credit card. A standard freight cost of $9.95 will apply to send your exchanged item back to you.
